What you’ll do:

As an Estimator at Roadways, you’ll be at the heart of our projects, from highways groundwork to cutting-edge surfacing. Your role will include:

  • Analysing project specs to create accurate cost estimates
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders

Your role at a glance:

  • Crafting accurate cost estimates and competitive bids
  • Assessing risks and market conditions
  • Managing customer relationships and providing expert advice
  • Overseeing project phases from start to finish

What we’re looking for:

    • Proven experience in estimating construction or highways projects
    • Strong grasp of NEC and JCT contracts
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in estimating software
    • A customer-focused, results-driven mindset.
