Roadways supplies cost-effective screened subsoil engineered for practical fill, verges, embankments and landscaping applications. We proudly serve contractors, landscapers, groundworkers and private domestic projects across East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent and Surrey.
Product specifications and compliance:
- Available sizes: 0–20mm and 0–40mm, subject to stock and suitability.
- Safety and quality: Chemically tested material, with full documentation available upon request.
- Highways compliance: The soil is produced to the Specification for Highway Works Series 600, Class 2C.
- Environmental compliance: Fully compliant with Environment Agency and WRAP standards—certified product, not waste.
Best used for:
- Landscaping fill and garden levelling.
- Verges and embankments.
- Non-structural bulk fill.
- General site formation.
Collection:
- Free collection from Woodside Depot, Polegate Road, Hailsham, East Sussex, BN27 3PG.
- Collection Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.
- Loose collection minimum: 0.5 tonne.
Delivery:
- Bulk delivery options are available across Kent, Surrey, East Sussex and West Sussex.
- Prices start from £5.00 per tonne plus VAT for local delivery.
