Roadways supplies high-quality sharp washed sand, also widely known as grit sand or concreting sand, for builders, landscapers and private customers who need a coarse, clean aggregate for structural and bedding applications.
This versatile sand is thoroughly washed to remove silt and clay, making it the perfect choice for block paving bedding, floor screeding, concrete mixing and laying under patio slabs. Its excellent drainage properties also make it ideal for landscaping projects, fine drainage trenches and general building works.
Best used for:
- Bedding layers for block paving, driveways and patio slabs.

- Collection Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm.
- Loose collection minimum 0.5 tonne.
