Operations Planner & Scheduler

Job description

Are you already a Labourer/Operative or looking for a new role as a Labourer/Operative?  Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity? 

We are looking for someone to work with our yard team, assisting with the general operation and labouring at our Depot in Hailsham.

To succeed in this role you will have a willing and helpful attitude, be reliable and punctual, have a desire to learn and the ability to help generally with any depot requirements.

Experience within the construction sector is not essential but is desirable.

Key responsibilities:

  • Clearing up after crushing
  • Cleaning after batching
  • Picking rubbish and metal out of the left over piles
  • Collecting waste tickets
  • Undertaking manual labour including digging, lifting and carrying when required
  • General housekeeping of the yard.

Key skills:

  • The ability to to help generally with any depot requirements
  • A willing and helpful attitude
  • An excellent regard for safety
  • Punctual and reliable. 


  • CSCS card (desirable)
